Steiner Ranch Real Estate Update

Steiner Ranch property sales during the last month shows real activity with 21 sales with an average price of $368,197. Highest sold price was $750,000 and lowest $235,000. Average Days On The Market was 109. Currently there are 30 sales pending to close.
