Austin, Tx 78731 Dear Rosie, As you know, I have been in my "new" house in georgetown, Tx since November 19, 2008, and I have become increasingly aware how fortunate I was to have had you for both this house and my previous home in Austin's Circle C neighborhood. From your first visit with me at my Austin home, I wasl impressed with how professional, systematic, and thorough you were in giving me and overview and the various steps involved in selling my house and buying another in Georgetown. Plus, to my surprise, you provided an upscale Prudential notebook showing other houses currently on the market in my area with interior and exterior pictures and asking prices. So from this information, I very quickly became awar of the market and the price range I would be in, which of course was most helpful in deciding what I could afford in Georgetown. but I suppose I was most impressed with your second visit when you took pictures of my house with your cell phone and immekiately had them on MLS in a most pleasing format. And remarkably the house sold after one day at the asking price and this was past the good summer-early fall time and in an economy that was already sliding downhill rapidly. During the same period, you were searching the Georgetown/Sun City market (and I was constantly changing my priorties as to what I wanted---sorry about that). Each time you would research the market for me, providing access to your computer site where I could sit in comfort and view videos of each house o the screen. Then showing me the houses I had picked from your web site, only change my mind and want something else, but finally, THE HOUSE which required hard negotiations on your part which I am still amazed at tyour pulling it off. Then the impossible, you enabled me to clost on both houses on the same day so I didn't have to put my furniture in storage, a singnigicant saavings in time and money. O course, there were many more aspects of your efforts that were helpful to me: you always returned phone calls and emails promptly, you were always a calming influence whatever the situatuon and you got things done. I will be forever grateful to you for your efforts.
